The Korean skewers of Kochi have won a Michelin star and a top spot on Timeouts best restaurant in NYC list. Innovative and traditional, the restaurant promised to be one we’d return to again and again. But will we? We went for a birthday dinner last year, and have to share our thoughts.

Michelin-starred Rezdôra is a super trendy restaurant in NYC, featuring traditional cuisine of the Emilia-Romagna region. But is this restaurant worth the hype? And is the pasta worth the price? We went for lunch recently and here are our thoughts.

Given that it was our first spring in the city, and we hadn’t yet visited the New York Botanical Gardens, we decided to make it out there to see spring flowers in all their glory.

Michia likes to surprise me for Valentine’s Day, so I never get to know where we’re going until we’re on our way, sometimes not until we get there. But between a surprise car and a surprise destination, he made sure it was a day I wouldn’t soon forget.
